Alone

Alone shows a new China isolated and without contact, but at the same time visceral, in the midst of the country's post-pandemic reconstruction process.I have dedicated myself to recording various phases of this process, for different major communication vehicles, until arriving at a series with a narrative marked by these two opposing universes. "Alone" aims to show new behaviors that were born in Chinese society after the Covid-19 pandemic was controlled, and how loneliness and connection can coexist in the same space.
